Villa Aora is a brand new luxury Villa located in Falassarna beach.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms .The ground floor is with a big living room and the kitcken who have a kitcen counter behind of them is the 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and one half bath for everyone. On the 1rst floor is the another 3 bedrooms with private bath and private balcony its of them .
The outside area has the one of the biggest private pools 150sq in Chania surround with many kinds of flowers and palms and many pool loungers around of the pool.
Next to the pools is located the BBQ with gas with a cozy dinning area and few meters away is the outside mini living room to enjoy the amazing sunset Falassarna offers .
Behind of the BBQ is the parking area who it fits 5 cars and over there is the main door to enter to the main building.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
