About the host
Hosted by Erika Tapper
Erika having her own business working with health and beauty and Tomas working as a IT consultant. We live a actice Lifestyle and love the outdoors, traveling. Its great to be a host and get to know new people from around the world. We have 5 kids but 3 are now adults. Isa 8 and Elliot 15 lives with us.
Why they chose this property
Its a great area, close to water, nature and with a boat 30 min to city centre. There is also 2 good restaurants within walking distance and spa resorts. With Car to Slussen Södermalm it only takes 15 min. There is also a busstop 2 min from the house.
What makes this property unique
Its a spacious, well-designed house that offer the perfect blend of nature and city living. A beautifull lake only 5 min and the ocean are also 5 min away. 5 min with car is a shoppingmall with food and pharmacy. The closnesss to nature reserve Skarpnäs where you can see fox and reindeer and all kind of birds. In summertime the reindeers are sleeping in our garden.
