About this property
The Boat Builders House - Oia
Built in the late 1800s, this home was originally the workshop of Markos, Santorini’s last remaining wooden boat builder. Boats were once built by hand inside what is now the living room before the space became a family home. Markos began his craft at age 11 in the port of Armeni below Oia and continues to work on the island today.
