Welcome to our 4-bed mews house in the heart of Notting Hill, 1 minute from the Notting Hill book shop nestled in one of the most iconic Mews’s on the world famous Portobello Road. Inside you will be greeted by modern elegance and design. We have 3 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. Whether you’re exploring the boutiques or market on Portobello Road or indulging in the exquisite local culinary scene, our property serves as the perfect base for your Notting Hill & London trip.
With 4 spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and a cozy living area, our mews house offers the perfect blend of comfort, utility and sophistication. The house also includes a second kitchen downstairs which allows privacy for 2 families or professionals to stay in the property with their own space. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, the bathroom with the marine wallpaper and the open plan living, dinning and kitchen area. Downstairs there are 2 king size beds and an open plan kitchen/sitting room which includes a king size day bed and can be made up as a sofa. This is the kitchen with the mirrored splash back, the bedroom with timber bed frame and bathroom with the coral wallpaper.

The Neighbourhood in the Mews and on Portobello road is truly unique offering a magical experiences. Ask for my guide book and I will share it with you for the local best pubs, bars, restaurants and attractions.
London underground (5 minutes walk) is best and Uber and london buses.
• No parties. No unauthorised guests.
•Trash / rubbish (IMPORTANT)
1. Recycling goes in the clear bags.
2. Other household waste goes in the green Bin bags.
3. Full Bin bags must be tied up and left outside the front door to the right of the front door Monday to Saturday for between 7am & 8am. Nothing should be placed out after this time and not on Sundays.
4. Any bags left out after 8am or on Sunday is liable for a Fixed Penalty notice of £150.
5. Do not leave out over night due to city foxes.
Please note that the shower room upstairs is not a wet room. If water splashes out of the shower tray or excessive water gets onto the tiled floor, it will leak through the ceiling below. We kindly ask that you ensure the shower door is fully closed while the shower is in use at all times.
Important – Airflow: Please ensure the extractor fan in the downstairs bedroom with the daybed and kitchenette is switched on to maintain proper air circulation. Failure to do so may result in a stale smell. Managing this is the guest’s responsibility.
• Please be mindful of the walls when taking luggage upstairs. do not scrape/scuff the walls, we check this after every stay and there will be a charge for re paint works if necessary.
• Zero tolerance to drugs, you will be removed from the property and not refunded any further nights you may have booked and you will be fined £1000.
• If keys are lost you will be charged £200.
• Do not unplug or disconnect the internet contact Patrick if there are any issues with it.
• There is a ring door bell on the front of the house that records motion 24 / 7 that helps with security, deliveries and check ins.
• We have luxury refillable toiletries in the property If any of the hand soap, shampoos, conditioner or dish soap bottles are missing or damaged there is a £30 charge per bottle.
