Los Zahoríes spacious apartment
This spacious penthouse apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace with great sea views. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Mojacar Playa, just a moment’s walk from bars, restaurants and golden sandy beaches. This modern and stylish apartment has air conditioning only in the living room.
The apartment is situated on an attractive and quiet beachside complex with a large communal swimming pool and separate children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a well kept garden and lawned area.
The apartment consists of a large open plan lounge / dining area. The lounge is very spacious with two sofas looking out on to the terrace and out to sea. The lounge is equipped with Spanish television. Patio doors take you from the lounge out on to the private and spacious sea facing terrace. It’s an ideal spot for al fresco dining and for soaking up the rays!
The dining area is again light and spacious with a large table for 6.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven and hob, fridge freezer.
The sleeping accommodation consists of three large bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed and direct access to a terrace with sea views. The second and third bedrooms are spacious one with twin beds and the other with a double bed.
There is also a family shower room and WC.
