Our newly renovated and beautifully decorated condo is new to the rental plan November/ 2017! We are located gulf front on the beautiful white sand beaches of West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. You will be just steps to the beach -- no busy streets to cross! We're located in short walking distance to area restaurants, ice cream parlor, convenience store and fresh seafood market.

#304 has 2 bedrooms/1 bath and sleeps 4/5; King, and Queen. We are located on the 2nd floor with dedicated parking below unit that can accommodate 2 mid-size vehicles or 1 large vehicle. We want you to feel like you're at home with us! This unit has a washer/dryer, linens, fully equipped kitchen, games, books & more. There are flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with cable, on-demand channels and direct access to Netflix (you must have your own Netflix account) and free password protected wireless WIFI. Please respect that this is a NON-SMOKING UNIT. We love pets, but NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

The Beach Front is an affordable family friendly beach community located 1.5 miles from Hwy 59 and very convenient to all the area restaurants, stores and attractions. There are grills and picnic tables provided for the convenience of our guests and a gazebo right on the beach for reading, watching gorgeous sunrises, sunsets, dolphins playing or "The Blue Angels" doing impressive practice maneuvers over the Gulf! The gazebo can also be rented and reserved for your special event such as a wedding, birthday or other celebration!

We are in walking distance to Hangout Music Fest, Shrimp Festival and other events on the island or you can catch special event buses at pick-up points just steps away. We are a short drive to Foley, AL home of the Tanger Outlet Mall offering many great shopping deals and the newest attraction, OWA-Amusement and Entertainment Experience. Be sure to visit Ike's Beach Service for all your vacation needs...chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, parasail, segway tours, handicap wheelchairs

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. This was our second time staying there. Just steps to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and a seafood market! Great location!

Awesome little condo

The only suggestion that I would give would be a better shower head. Other than that we love the location and the homey feel of the condo. We would recommend this place to any one.

Nice beachfront property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location. There were many great restaurants and activities nearby. It was very clean, nicely decorated, & fairly priced. It was comfortable for our family of three. I would say it would best for no more than 4 because it was a smaller unit. The only negatives were having to carry our luggage up the wooden stairs to the top level unit and stripping our own bed linens and bagging them for the cleaning crew before we left per the clean up procedures. These are definitely not deal breakers for a repeat stay since the unit was really nice, but were just different from other places we’ve stayed and things to consider before booking.

Wonderful!

Unit 304 was perfect for my family! The decor was very “beachy” and homie. It stormed much of the full day we were there but it was fine because there was so much for my son to do in the condo. The board games kept him occupied! We had so much fun. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well. Because I booked this vacation late, 304 was only available for two nights. We had to move to a different condo with a different owner to complete our stay. As soon as we walked through the doors of the new unit, we could tell it was not as nice as 304. We wish we could have stayed in 304 for our entire trip. I really can’t say enough good things. I would 100% stay here again!

So so

Shocked to find our condo was a third floor walkup. The two of us are octogenarians and I am ninety. Very difficult getting luggage up and down and difficult just going in and out. One lady missed some activity because of stairs. The view from the condo was terrible and not at all as shown when searching for a place. The condo was perfect in everyway. Had we known about the stairs we would have searched further. We are not impaired but the stairs were a challenge. Had we not driven over a thousand miles in two days, we would have left. Sorry

Condo stay review

Right before we arrived we learned that the washing machine was broken by previous renters. She was very forth coming and offered a free nights stay in the future and would try and have someone come fix it before we left. When the company kept changing time frames on when they would come, my husband was getting frustrated as it was putting us out on a different schedule and having to wake up early to get out of the room & have people we didn’t know in our space. She was very understanding on how inconvenient it was and offered further compensation. The day they came to fix the washing machine she had a friend sitting in to watch them and make sure everything went okay, well this friend offered to wash our load of laundry and she folded it and dropped it off for us. They were all so friendly and accommodating. We have already said we can’t wait to come back soon!

Family vacation

We absolutely loved this condo. I would stay again. The only con I had was there was no way to see the beach from inside the condo. Chairs and a table was provided to sit in the front so you could enjoy out, I just wished I could of seen or even heard the ocean from the room other then that 10/10 easy check in and check out. Host was amazing with communication and the location was great. There are stairs so be mindful of that when loading up, make sure you have some help. 😊 Will probably stay again!
