The Soliva big house is a large apartment located in the municipality of Primaluna, the heart of the beautiful Valsassina! The ideal location for a quiet holiday with your family! The Soliva big house is located in a strategic position, just 20 minutes drive from Lecco and the center of the whole Valsassina. You will be surrounded by the majestic Grigne and the Orobie Pre-Alps; large woods, snowshoeing, alpine skiing or downhill skiing, snowmobile tours in winter or beautiful landscapes, green pastures, lakes, adventure parks and many refuges where you can enjoy a rich cuisine, simple to discover and enjoy! The apartment can be reached along the Provincial Road, park in the large private courtyard closed by a gate. Two flights of steps and you’re at the entrance to Soliva. The house welcomes you with a large and bright living area; kitchen equipped with everything you can use, a large island to eat or cook, a dining table and a relaxation area TV with a large sofa, cozy and if necessary convertible into a large double bed. Have lunch on the terrace or choose the cozy sofa to enjoy the sun that lights up the whole house. A hallway accompanies you in the rest of the house; large wardrobe area, a bedroom with two single beds and a climbing wall to train climbing, a large bathroom with shower and bath as well as two washbasins, a double room with a beautiful four-poster bed and a room with a double bed in French boat style very charming!
