Very clear check-in instructions, and apartment very easy to find as a very short walk from the Chester Bus Interchange. Apartment very clean and well set out, very comfortable beds!! We also appreciated the tea/coffee/milk/sugar left for us. The apartment is well situated being only a very short walk to Chester town centre. There is a coffee shop down below which came in very handy for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would book again next time we come back to Chester.

4/10 Poor

Oven worked. Stove top would not come on. Heating system is not warm enough for Winter temperature!!!! We have been uncomfortable at night and watching TV. Needs Winter duvet on bed. Shower either freezes you or scalds you with temperature. Needs blackout curtains. Light comes through blinds. Nice fridge,
