Renovated and bright accommodation with spectacular views in a typical fisherman's house. It is located in a privileged area of ​​the Costa Brava, by the sea: Cala MARGARIDA, a very beautiful cove that rests at the foot of the Cap Gros mountain. It is sheltered from the tramontana.

This modern and comfortable apartment can accommodate 4 people with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the dining room. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker , a toaster and a kettle. There is a modern shower room with basin and WC. The 8 m2 terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains is furnished. There is an individual gas boiler for hot water and heating, giving you the comfort you need to enjoy it all year round. 1 TV.



It has a pier with a trampoline. In the cove you can practice all kinds of water sports without having to move.
