About the Home

With 2,200 sq. ft. of living space, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Inside, you’ll find bright and open living areas designed for relaxing and connecting. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the cookware and gadgets you’ll need to prepare delicious meals.

Dine together indoors or step out onto the spacious Azek deck, perfect for grilling, outdoor dining, and evening gatherings. After a day at the beach, unwind in the new heated outdoor shower before settling in for a cozy movie night.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

We were so happy with this property! Everything was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for all of my family. The A/C was great (especially since it was humid most of the week!) We were close to the beach, and the neighborhood park was a plus. We hope to be able to stay here again next year!

Loved this house !

We had a fantastic week in this house. The place was clean on arrival. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The location is perfect - so close to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Loved the deck too !

Great house, clean, and nice layout

We loved staying here! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook up feasts (or even to make scrambled eggs or a shake). There were plenty of beach toys, a wagon, stroller, you name it for the kiddos. It was perfect. Highly recommend this home!

Great time

We have stayed at this house several times, and we love it. I just want to point out that the two large burners on the stove did not work. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We always appreciate feedback – both positive and negative. It helps us to improve our short-term rental and our services to make sure that we are meeting the needs of our guests. We checked to see if you reached out to us but did not see a message. Should any issues ever arise during a guests stay we always ask that they reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue right away for you and future guests. Our cleaning team thoroughly cleans the house including the stove. Sometimes while they are cleaning the burners are bumped and become loose. The issue is easily resolved by pushing them back in place. Thank you for taking the time to write this review.

Clean, plenty of bedrooms & 2 refrigerators!

A roomy home in a lovely neighborhood, close to beaches. A/C was a plus in hot weather. 6 bedrooms gave us plenty of rooms to choose from. We enjoy bike riding and although there are no off road paths in the immediate area, the biking was fairly safe, especially during the week without so many cars. (Nice off road bike trail not far away). Plenty of parking. The host was always immediate to respond with any questions. Lots of local fish restaurants, plenty of outdoor dining. Great place to vacation!

Stayed for the week

My family and I stayed here for 8 days and we had a great time. It had plenty of space, multiple updated rooms including the kitchen and a nice deck. We took cars down to the beach so we didn’t have to carry all of the chairs but it’s only about a 13 minute walk. Parking for each car was about $10 but it’s less for residents and seniors. We loved how close the house was to restaurants, the Block Island Ferry and the grocery store. I would definitely recommend this house.
