Splendid view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, very well equipped apartment

Two bedroom apartment with beautiful views of the sea and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Maximum occupancy: 6 people but perfectly suitable for 2 couples or 1 couple with children.

Apartment located in a Provençal hamlet in a green and very quiet environment, next to the infinity pool with also sea views. Easy parking in the area.
10 min by car from the center of Issambres located by the sea where you will find shops including a large Spar, a casino and the weekly market. The beach is easily accessible.

The apartment consists of two "real" bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds not bunk), a bathroom, a shower room, an individual toilet, a living room with fitted kitchen and a terrace with splendid sea views. It is nicely decorated and well equipped.
The estate is partly managed by Pierre & Vacances and Maeva.

We invite you to discover the green hinterland with its picturesque little villages. Possibilities of excursions on foot or in bicycle starting in particular from the parking lot of the hamlet of Bellevue. Golf in Roquebrune and Ste Maxime (15 min by car) Nautical activities in Issambres, restaurants on the beach, boat shuttle to St Tropez in season (+/- 20 min). +/- 15 min by car from Ste Maxime and Fréjus.
Do not miss the visit of the Verdon gorges (+/- 1h45 by car).

Excellent location with magnificent view

We had a great time in this lovely apartment. It was very well equipped, everything you need is there. From the balcony you have a magnificent view over the whole bay of St. Tropez. La location est conforme à la description, il est très bien équipé avec une vaisselle de qualité. On sent que les propriétaires aiment cet endroit. Nous avons apprécié la décoration Provençale du logement jusque dans les petits détails, bravo aux propriétaires ! Le clou de la location est la magnifique vue sur le Golfe de Saint Tropez, grâce au balcon bien aménagé nous avons pu en profiter à loisir. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour le soin qu'ils apportent à leur bien, qui fait que l'on s'y sent bien. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Ein toller Platz für einen Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir waren für 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung, die Lage ist wunderbar mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer und einem schönen Pool ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Appartement très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Saint-Tropez. La piscine collective est particulièrement agréable. La propriétaire est très réactive et très participative pour faciliter la vie des locataires (notamment concernant la location du linge de maison, qui devient une prestation de plus en plus difficile à trouver!).

Mit Frau Beaudot als Gastgeberin hat man sich von Anfang an sehr gut verstanden. Sehr gute Kommunikation und freundlicher Umgang bei jeder Nachricht. L'aménagement de la location est bien réalisé avec une vraie séparation entre les espaces. La vue sur le golfe de St Tropez est splendide. Location très agréable, seule la chaleur, particulièrement forte pendant notre séjour, a été difficile à supporter mais la belle piscine nous y a aidé. On ne peut que recommander cet endroit.

Une prestation de qualité

Nous avons apprécié la qualité et la propreté de l'appartement, qui est très sympa, agréable et bénéficie d'une très belle vue. Même le linge fourni est impeccable et de qualité. La propriétaire est très disponible et cherche vraiment à satisfaire les locataires. Je précise néanmoins que la piscine n'est pas chauffée et son accès n'est pas évident ac des enfants (il vaut mieux descendre en voiture).

2é séjour dans ce superbe appartement, trés bien équipé, et avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe de St Tropez. Les propriétaires super sympa et donnent des bons conseilles pour les visites et les resto. Nous étions en famille, 6 ans à 88 ans ! 2de keer op deze locatie, super appartement met een uitzicht om U tegen te zeggen.De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en geven uitstekende tips kwa uitstappen en etentjes. Het was een familiereis, tussen 6 jaar en 88 jaar en ieder had het uitstekend naar zijn zin! Wij gaan zeker nog terug!

Nous étions déjà aller au mois d'août et cette année pendant les vacances de pâques. Il s'agit d'un splendite appartement avec une vue superbe! Trés propre et trés bien équipé. A 20 min de St Tropez en bateau, à 10 min à St Maxime en voiture, plusieurs resto sympa à la plage Nous étions en famille de 6 ans à 88 ans, donc la preuve qu'il s'agit des vacances pour tout age.

Super semaine!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement bien équipé et avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe de St Tropez. Situé idéalement pour visiter la Côte d'Azur. Les propriétaires ont mis à disposition un classeur avec des conseils pour les visites, restaurants.....Nous avons eu plusieurs échanges avec eux et ils sont vraiment très sympathiques. Je conseille vivement ce logement pour passer de belles vacances au soleil. Nous allons conserver cette adresse. Merci encore.

Très bonne impression

Appartement conforme au descriptif , propre , bien équipé et décoré . Très belle vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez , bonne exposition , calme. Présence d'un classeur avec les notices des appareils , et des conseils pratiques et touristiques. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec 2 de nos petites filles ados.
