At the entrance of the regional nature reserve “Isola di Sant'Andrea - Punta Pizzo” is Baita Loredana - Salento Reservation, which is only 200 meters from the sea with its beautiful low rock coves and only 500 m from the equipped beaches of “Lido Cotriero” and the wonderful and renowned beach of “Lido Punta Pizzo”.
Completely wooden structure, with a fresh and Mediterranean style, it offers a convenient solution for those looking for a stay in complete harmony with nature without sacrificing all the comforts that the area can offer.
The structure consists of an air-conditioned studio with a double bed and a bunk bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Outside it is equipped with a shaded veranda with garden furniture ideal for your outdoor breakfasts, lunches or dinners. The large fenced garden offers the opportunity to fully enjoy it throughout the day, both to relax in the shade of the olive trees and to sunbathe and to make excellent barbecues.
TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and mosquito nets, outdoor shower, charcoal barbecue and free indoor parking are available for guests.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
