A spacious four bedroom home with two bathrooms, surrounded by a balcony offering wonderful views. A great choice for friends and families looking for an authentic stay in the heart of Mani peninsula. Home is fully air conditioned and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is strategically located at walking distance from the beach but also in a less than 30min drive from the towns of Gytheio or Areopoli. A 135 m2 home that offers 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms so it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two have twin beds that can be joined as double beds.

All rooms offer air conditioning and heating units, roof fans, direct access to the balcony and insect nets on the balcony doors.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day.

In the living room a wonderful window offers amazing sea and sky views from the comfort of the sofa. Winter time visitors can stay warm around the energy efficient fireplace. The main dining table is in the same area and there is direct access to the kitchen. There is one main bathroom with a bathtub and a second one with a shower cabin. Towels, shampoo, soap are provided.

The flat has access to a front roofed balcony offering panoramic sea views and a back balcony overlooking the terrace and the olive groves. There is also a barbecue.

Two wonderful small beaches can be reached within walking distance or at two minutes by car. The beaches are not organised and during off peak days can feel like totally private! If you are in the mood for more cosmopolitan experiences you can drive to Mavrovouni beach offering a wide range of water sports and beach bars.

Alternatively you can visit the scenic fishing village of Limeni to try some fresh fish from the famous taverns or dive in the crystal clear blue waters

Our home is located close to the traditional Maniot settlement, a protected Natura area, called Kalivia. The nearest restaurants are at the nearby village of Skoutari and the nearest mini market and bakery at the nearby village of Vathy. If you need to, you can ask the host about the delivery service provided by a local professional 3 times a week at the village of Kalivia.

The towns of Gytheio or Areopoli are in less than half an hour drive and offer a wide range of shops, services, ATMs, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants.

Our home is strategically located close to some of the most famous sights of Mani such as Dyros Caves, Tainoro Temple of Poseidon, the castle town of Vatheia, the picturesque village of Kardamili or a little bit further out the Byzantine town of Mystras and Monemvasia.

Kalamata Airport is about two hours' drive via the faster route towards Sparta, or 2.5 hours on the scenic route via Kardamyli.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
