Next to the living area, the fully equipped farmhouse kitchen provides all that is needed for easy holiday catering with separate utility room, also on the ground floor is a spacious twin bedroom with doors to the garden, a separate shower room and a cloakroom.
From the entrance hall, an elegant tiled staircase with a beautifully crafted wrought iron banister and stone arches, leads up to the first floor where three further bedrooms and a bathroom are situated. The principal bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom and second double bedroom share a large balcony with wooden shutters and seating area overlooking the pool and stunning mountain views beyond. A further twin room with Juliette balcony has equally stunning views orientated towards the Puig Maria mountain.
The alluring pool, bordered by sun terrace, lawns and attractive shrub hedging with a shaded pergola, is the perfect spot to relax in peace and soak up the sun, enjoying views of the sheep gently grazing under the olive trees in the nearby fields.
Air conditioning usage (12 hours per day) is included in the rental rate. Whilst in close porximity to amenities a car is recommended.
