The property was poorly maintained, lacking cleanliness, when we went to wash sheets the mattress cover was dirty! It extremely off putting to think that the linen wasn't kept fresh for new tenants. The bathroom shower hose was in desperate need of an upgrade. Overall we found the location wonderful but were very disappointed with the quality of the accommodation. Would hesitate to recommend Stayz as this was the first time we had used this platform!

Our property is professionally cleaned and inspected before every check-in, including the replacement of all linen with freshly laundered sets. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have immediately addressed any concerns, but unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to do so. The vast majority of our guests have praised both the cleanliness and quality of the accommodation, which makes this feedback highly unusual. While we’re glad you enjoyed the location, we must respectfully disagree with your review, as it does not accurately represent the standards of our property or our commitment to guest satisfaction.
