130m2 home located in quiet area with fenced swimming pool.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 with shower room, a kitchen open to the living room and lounge.
In the south, a large wooden terrace with stunning views without vis-à-vis the Luberon overlooks a park of 4000 m2 of land.

We live in this house all year with our 3 children.
We love the peace and nature without being isolated.
Unspoilt by mass tourism, the small village of Caseneuve located 550 m above sea level offers a view of the Luberon and the region.

Strong points :
- The house is located a few minutes walk from the village (friendly bistro, famous restaurant, etc. ..);
- Start on foot or mountain bike from the house for beautiful walks;
- The southern exposure, makes this house bright and very pleasant to live;
- The position of this house at altitude allows to have cool nights in the summer and enjoy remarkable sunsets around a good aperitif on the terrace; the nights are very dark so ideal for the observation of the sky and its stars;
- The pool is visible from the house, it is secured by a fence with wicket and alarm;
- children's games and toys are left available;
- From the region, we will be happy to advise you and guide you in your discoveries.

Un excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines à Caseneuve chez Marie et Laurent et avons trouvé tout ce que nous venions chercher : une grande maison confortable, un grand jardin, une piscine, le tout au calme et dans un cadre magnifique (la vue sur le grand Luberon est superbe). Ce qui n'est pas décrit dans l'annonce est la gentillesse de l'accueil qui fait que l'on se sent comme chez des amis. Laurent et Marie sont passionnés de leur région et partagent de très bons conseils dans un guide touristique maison à disposition des hôtes. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location, vous passerez assurément un très bon séjour !

Très bon accueil, Jolie maison, vue magnifique, très belles promenades aux alentours. Maison idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille.
