Charming ground floor villa with 4 bedrooms, a nice pool, and a fabulous and sumptuous 1,400 m2 tranquil garden, suitable for the elderly and children was designed with holidays in mind.

Its conception favors open spaces, with 3 bedrooms directly overlooking the pool.

The villa is inside the Aroeira Sea & Golf Resort which is located in a natural reserve, 25km from the center of Lisbon and just 600 meters from the beach.

Aroeira Sea & Golf Resort is the largest golf resort in the Lisbon region, with 350 hectares, thousands of pine trees and 13 lakes,

Aroeira has 2 championship golf courses with full 18 holes, a golf school, a cozy club house with restaurant, snack bar, bar and golf shop, tennis and paddle courts, playground.

The resort is fully enclosed with concierge and even though in a very relaxed peaceful area, it has permanent 24 hour security.

Perfect family accommodation

We were absolutely delighted when we pulled up to our beautifully lit villa in its generous garden with a fantastic pool. It felt instantly private and secluded as (unlike many others) the pool and rear garden are not easily visible from the street. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable with our young families. The host Luís was welcoming and very helpful providing instructions on how to get there as well as recommendations for the local area, and very quick responses when we had queries.
