Lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex apartment on the 5th floor of Block A in the beachfront Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This bright west-facing apartment enjoys morning sun, and has wonderful views to the Mediterranean sea and África, there is a wonderfull Park called Parque de la Constitución nearby the building. The popular Skol Building lies 50m from the famous Puerto Deportivo, and is surrounded by fine-dining restaurants, bars, and shops.

Accommodation comprises: lift access; on the bottom floor, large living/dining room with full height windows allowing maximum light; doors to the lovely terrace; compact fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge; on the top floor, master bedroom with amazing views; second interior bedroom with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower bath.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room.

🏊‍ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €2 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

Elle est bien située proche de la plage et tous commerces .par contre la piscine a 10 heure tous les transats sont deja pris avec des serviettes et personnes dessus pendant des heures .ils laissent leur serviettes et partent a la plage .donc quand on descend a 13h plus de place en plus on paye 3 euros par transat .sinon rien d autre a signaler .
