This idyllic holiday destination is north of Texel, near the Wadden Sea. Within a ten-minute walk you will be in the Utopia bird area. That name is also typical for 'our' piece of no man's land. You will experience the ultimate island feeling here. Surrounded by the salty air and sea breeze, which can be lovely and rough. In the dark night the familiar light of the lighthouse shines. Bonus in clear weather: a magical star blanket!

The garden is surrounded by trees and colorful borders full of wild flowers. Cozy outdoor area and veranda. There is a charger for electric cars available.

Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, was die gemeinsamen Abendessen zum Vergnügen machte. Die Lage war fantastisch, umgeben von Bäumen und nur wenige Gehminuten von einem wunderschönen Vogelschutzgebiet entfernt. Besonders genossen wir die Abende auf der Veranda, wo wir die frische Meeresbrise und den Sternenhimmel genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Family Villa New Zealand. Das Zimmer war super geräumig und perfekt für unsere Gruppe von acht Personen. Mir gefiel besonders, dass es gemütliche Ecken zum Zusammensein gab, aber auch ruhige Bereiche, in denen ich mich zurückziehen konnte. Die Küche war praktisch zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten für die Familie, und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Nähe zum Wattenmeer war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Wir haben schöne Spaziergänge unternommen, und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Erkunden des Gartens. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub wärmstens empfehlen!

Diese Villa ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit mit unserer Großfamilie. Die Aufteilung ist hervorragend, mit viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen für alle. Das nahegelegene Vogelschutzgebiet Utopia lädt zu wunderschönen Spaziergängen ein, und der Blick auf den Leuchtturm bei Nacht war einfach magisch.
