Beautiful Villa in Hacienda Pinilla - Walk to Beaches - Close to Beach Club

This beautiful 2BR, 2.5BA Villa is located within the Jardines de Palma Real in the gated community of Hacienda Pinilla. Our two story, 3100 square foot villa has ten foot vaulted and beamed ceilings featuring an open concept main room with dining and kitchen opening onto a beautiful covered patio. Beautiful eight foot wooden french doors lead to the covered patio on the first floor for dining and relaxing and also to the second floor covered balcony.

There are two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and walk in closet. The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet as well as direct access to the upstairs balcony. The master bath has a tub and separate shower The upper living room with pull out sofa opens to the upstairs balcony. Maximum occupancy is six guests.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counters , stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator. A four burner cooktop is on the island facing the dining and living room. Beside the kitchen we have a laundry room with a washer and dryer so you can pack light for your getaway

The workout room and private community pool area are included with the rental and just a short walk from the Villa.

Hacienda Pinilla’s 4,500 acres includes 3 miles of unspoiled coastline and features a tennis center, horse stables, and a world renowned golf course all within a few minutes drive or walk. You will enjoy easy access to Playa Mansita and JW Marriott. The Marriott features several restaurants and a world class spa. The beautiful Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is just a short drive from the Villa. The club features an infinity pool, spa services, children’s play area, restaurant and bar. Our guests can use the beach club by paying a day use fee. The Hacienda Pinilla Beach club sits at the north end of Playa Avellanas, voted one of the top 10 beaches in Costa Rica.

We enjoyed our stay here. House is huge and the area is safe and quiet. We were fortunate to have monkeys right by the front and back door. Pools and beaches are excellent. Hoping the Carrie will address some of the minor issues that maintenance should have taken care of.

My wife and I went down for a wedding and stayed at this incredible home. We can’t say enough good things about it ! It is spacious and well furnished with incredible architectural features. Wonderful stay at Las Olas!

We had a lovely stay at Las Olas! What a fantastic villa in a beautiful location. The villa was well appointed with all the amenities of home. Close to a beautiful pool and nice small workout facility. We watched beautiful sunsets at Playa Bonita and went to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club many times (so nice to have poolside service e and my husband and kids could surf right at that beach). Beautiful spring break trip

This was my families first trip to Costa Rica and it did not disappoint!! We stayed at the house for nine nights and had the absolute best time. Some highlights for us were the beautiful porches outside, seeing monkeys from the house, the beach club with the little Hawaii surf break right out front, and so much more! We tried a few of the restaurant recommendations that the hosts sent and none of them disappointed. We especially liked Patagonia in tamarindo and Pangas beach club. The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen to make breakfast most mornings and a couple of dinners. All in all, a fabulous trip to a gorgeous place. For my 3 surfers, it was a dream. Beautiful villa with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the monkeys!

Las Olas is a beautiful villa that was perfect for our family of 4 (could have fit more) for our 2 week stay. We ate breakfast on the large porch each morning watching a tribe of monkeys cross by in the trees, spent our afternoons exploring new beaches, surfing, horseback riding at the ranch, or just relaxing at the beach club pool! We took advantage of the private little Bonita Beach for sunsets, played soccer on the large grass area, while some nights we checked out new restaurants or walked to the Marriott for kids movie night, we also loved to cook at the villa and play games. Our experience and love for this area and this villa is 10 stars, we would have extended our stay if there was availability. The host Carrie was also so helpful and responsive, making the trip that much more present. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us!

Great vacation rental

The Los Olas Villa was a great find in Hacienda Pinilla. Spacious two bedroom, 2.5 bath unit that could accommodate up to 6 adult guests comfortably. Carrie (the owner) and Maria (property manager) were responsive to all our questions and needs. This Villa is located in the Jardines de Palma Real community and is close to a wonderful swimming pool that is lightly used and a small but well equipped gym. Sunsets at Playa Bonita were fabulous and about a 10 minute walk from the Villa. If you are looking for restaurants several options are available at the Marriott located about a 5 minute walk from the Villa. We had dinner at the Marriott’s Azul Grill - outdoor dining overlooking the ocean. Good (not great) food, but a wonderful setting and very good service. The Villa does back up to one of the main roads in Hacienda Pinilla and the road leading to the Marriott. Some people might find the traffic a bit annoying if they want to use the outdoor patio area, but it did not interfere with our enjoyment.

Really very nice

Very nice home base for our first trip to CR. High marks for everything that matters most, comforts almost too numerous to itemize: excellent beds, pillows and linens. A reasonably equipped and functional kitchen (we made two dinners and three breakfasts). Convenient parking right in front. All appliances worked great, as did wi fi and air conditioning. The home is very well-lit; no shadowey corners. Good hot water supply and pressure. Clean, airy and comfortable. We would stay again. Access to the Beach Club and Pinilla beaches really makes the house rental something special. The only downside is the long, washboard dirt road one must travel to get to the property. Can’t be avoided. A real pain. But not the fault of the house and in the end, worth the trouble for all the benefits gained.

Many of our trips with friends and family have brought us to Hacienda Pinilla where we have stayed as a guest in this very same villa. We are now excited to share our Costa Rica home with friends and fellow travelers. To us, the experiences and memories we've had here with friends and family is time well spent!

This villa is located within Jardines de Palma Real, a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood within Hacienda Pinilla. It is walking distance of the JW Marriott, Playa Mansita, Playa Bonita, and Playa Avellanes. The pool and private owners/guest gym for Palma Real is very close to the villa.

What makes this property unique

There is much to discover within and around Hacienda Pinilla, whether you horseback riding, golfing, exploring miles of beautiful coastline.

The Beach Club at Avellanes is a favorite place to enjoy a meal and drinks poolside between surf sessions or walks along one of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste.
