Lovely house, good location

I rented the house for a visit with my granddaughter who is studying fall semester at the university. It was a very comfortable home, beautiful garden, well stocked kitchen and baths, and the owner was SO generous to take us to the grocery for our week’s provisions- above and beyond! Anita is the best host I have met in years of VRBO rentals. Just be mindful that Exeter is hilly and walking everywhere can be taxing for older and/or unfit visitors! This is a great property at a reasonable price.

Thank you Beth, it was a real pleasure to meet you and your granddaughter - and arriving at the house this evening I can hardly tell anyone has been here! (You’re right about the hills in Exeter - the uni even has a hill known as cardiac hill…)
