Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Vorsicht: Absolut unzumutbar! Nach einer Nacht abgebrochen! Wir mussten den Aufenthalt mit unseren drei Kindern (darunter ein Kleinkind) direkt am nächsten Tag vorzeitig abbrechen. Die Unterkunft wurde vorab als ruhig und familienfreundlich beschrieben – die Realität war ein Albtraum. Unzumutbarer Zugang & Gestank. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt ausschließlich über den Restaurant-Eingang, vorbei an den Kundentoiletten und durch einen engen Gang neben der Küche. Das gesamte Treppenhaus und die Wohnung selbst stinken penetrant und unerträglich nach Fisch, Frittieröl und Essensresten.Massive Hygienemängel & Ungeziefer: Wir haben Insekten im Treppenhaus und in den Zimmern gesichtet, darunter eine Kakerlake direkt im Zimmer. Die Betten, Kissen und das Sofa waren fleckig, auf den Matratzen lagen fremde Haare.Baumängel & Tierkot: Im Abstellraum bei der Waschmaschine gibt es eine offene Stelle im Mauerwerk. Durch diese Öffnung lag Tier- bzw. Vogelkot direkt auf dem Boden – ein absolutes Gesundheitsrisiko für Kleinkinder!Extreme Lärmbelästigung: Die Unterkunft wird offenbar als Mitarbeiterunterkunft genutzt. Obwohl ab 22:00 Uhr Ruhezeit gilt, war das Restaurant oft bis nach 01:00 Uhr nachts geöffnet. Es wurde tief in der Nacht geschrien und gelärmt. An kindgerechten Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Ich warne alle die diese Unterkunft mieten wollen! Bloß die Finger davon lassen!!!
