Lovely cottage

A really lovely cottage, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. It was so cosy and comfortable. The only down side was we couldn’t work out how to successfully work the Aga cooker, some additional instructions would have been useful.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The cottage was dirty we didn’t stay . The host hasn’t replied and we are currently awaiting a refund . I only booked with you because you gave it a 10 exceptional rating . Then when I complain you ask for photos then say you’re not the host !!!
