The living room has a single sofa bed, while the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favourite meals. Additionally, the apartment has a full bathroom with a bathtub and all necessary amenities. AREA

The Rejas neighbourhood is located less than 15 minutes by car from Madrid-Barajas Airport, making it an ideal place to stay if you need to be close to the airport or work there. The Plenilunio shopping area benefits from this vast, modern complex with a central square, full of supermarkets, cinemas, fashion stores, technology shops, and bars where you can find any service you need. Additionally, the neighbourhood is surrounded by many other large retail areas.

HOW TO GET HERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas): Walk to the Aeropuerto T2 bus stop. From there, take bus 101 towards Canillejas. Get off at Avenida de América - Ciudad Pegaso. From there, walk to the Alcalá - Ciudad Pegaso stop and take bus 77 towards Fin de Semana. Get off at Deyanira - Campezo and walk to the provided address. We recommend using a transport service like Uber or a taxi to reach the apartment, as it is 10 minutes from the airport.

From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at Gran Vía station and transfer to Line 5 towards Alameda de Osuna. Get off at Canillejas station and from there, walk to the Canillejas stop and take bus 77 towards Fin de Semana. Get off at Deyanira - Campezo and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín: Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Gran Vía station and transfer to Line 5 towards Alameda de Osuna. Get off at Canillejas station and from there, walk to the Canillejas stop and take bus 77 towards Fin de Semana. Get off at Deyanira - Campezo and walk to the provided address.

If coming by car, please check the Madrid City Council website for information on where to drive and park.

This property does not permit stag or hen parties or similar celebrations.

The swimming pools are communal and will only be open during the summer season on dates determined by the homeowners' association. Please remember that upon check-out, you must leave your pool passes inside the apartment before 11:00 AM. If any passes are missing, we will be obliged to charge a replacement fee. Thank you for your cooperation!
For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity consumption will be the responsibility of the guest.

Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
