Situated in a privileged location on the hills above Alassio at 380 metres above sea level, nestled amid the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, it boasts an unparalleled view—a veritable balcony overlooking the sea.
The Space
The home features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, where a large floor-to-ceiling window offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Alassio.
It can accommodate up to 6 people and features three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), all overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills—a unique blend of tranquility and modern comforts that combines the charm of an old farmhouse with the latest amenities.
The large ground-floor terrace, covered by a pergola and a refreshing shade sail, is furnished with a table and chairs for enjoying pleasant moments together while gazing out at the sea.
Guest Access
The house is entirely at the guests’ disposal; outside, it offers a spacious green area meticulously tended down to the smallest detail and a relaxing infinity pool with a whirlpool. The pool, with a panoramic view of the sea, is surrounded by an elegant Mediterranean garden rich in various types of flowers and aromatic plants.
The barbecue area features a corner with a wood-fired oven and a fully equipped rustic kitchen. The area is covered by a pergola with a table and chairs, ideal for barbecues, lunches, and dinners outdoors.
In the shade of the olive trees, you can relax with a book or enjoy a game of bocce, chess, or cards.

For your safety, a large covered car park and closed-circuit video surveillance cameras are available.
Other things to keep in mind
For stays longer than seven days, linens are changed weekly.
A technician must be scheduled to visit once a week, upon prior notice, for routine pool maintenance.
