The Mountain Villas are such a convenient Boyne Mountain vacation rental option, especially with pool access and a location close to resort activities, dining, skiing, snowboarding, golf, hiking, biking, and year-round outdoor recreation. It’s great to know the condo had all the essentials needed for a comfortable visit and that everything was fine overall. We’re sorry, however, about the early morning construction noise next door. Hammering and sawing at 7:00am is understandably disruptive, especially for guests trying to relax. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your comments with the appropriate team so future work can be better communicated whenever possible. Hi Brad, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It was so great meeting you all and hope that the new skier in your group made some good progress! I am sorry that you found it to be overpriced, however it is a beautiful condo and like you said great location to the lifts. When staying in these condos there is access to the pool however it is a seasonal pool as it is outdoors. We hope that you will work with us again in the future and can help you find one of our condos/homes that have a hot tub on property. Lauren and the NME Staff

Hi Gwen, Unfortunately our Cancellation Policy is stated within VRBO and in our Terms and Conditions. We do not provide refunds or modifications once you reach 60-days prior to your arrival regardless of the reason. We're so sorry you were unable to utilize our condo for your stay. We don't have any direct messages or emails on file requesting a cancellation. It looks like your last two VRBO messages never reached us. So sorry for that. Additionally, your original request was misunderstood. We interrupted that you would like to cancel your reservation and then rebook for 2023. Below is our response: "We can certainly cancel your reservation, however a refund is not available at this time. Once you reach 60 days of your arrival, refunds or modifications are not available. If you purchased Traveler's Insurance, you can file a claim. Our Winter 2023 Calendar will be available within the next week or so. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the cancellation." As mentioned before, we do not offer modifications and we're so sorry your follow-up messages in VRBO did not reach us.
