Holiday cottage located on 1050 m² closed natural plot with a lwan approx. 100 m from a good and child-friendly beach that is also one of the best surf areas in Denmark. 32 m² living room with wood-burning stove and access to 25 m² conservatory from which you have access to the terrace and further on to the garden. Open kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave oven, separate freezer and dishwasher. The double bed is 120 cm wide and the bunk bed is most suited for children. There is cot, high chair and a swing for the children. The house is bright with good furniture.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
