Wooden roof beams add character throughout. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, king-size, and two doubles. There is a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with hot tub and furniture, and off-road parking for four cars. Highchair, travel cot, shower stool and stairgate available on request. EV Charging available. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.2 miles. Return year after year to Small Lane Cottage. Note: EV charging payable on site. Note: Check-in 10am, check-out 4pm. Please note: the game room will be a shared space from September onwards. Please note: This property can only accommodate Friday and Monday changeover.
