Beautiful lakefront home in the heart of Leelanau County's Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Located on a quiet scenic road on the north shore of Little Traverse Lake, directly across the street from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. Hike one mile to a beautiful Lake Michigan secluded beach on Good Harbor Bay. Enjoy quick access to the Heritage Trail, as well as Leelanau’s mountain biking trails. Centrally located between Glen Arbor, Leland, Cedar, and Suttons Bay. Just a short drive to wineries, beaches and more. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill for those who love to cook. Recently updated with new fridge, dishwasher, toilets, grill and a brand new dock.

Karen and Leda Olmsted manage this property. You can find Karen working at all the local farmer's markets in Leelanau county, where she sells their family's locally raised grass fed beef. Leda is a yoga teacher and paddleboard athlete who spends her summers in Northern Michigan teaching SUP yoga and guiding SUP adventures, and women's surf camps.

This property has been in the Olmsted family since Craig Olmsted built it with his father in 1976.
