Dune Path - with Waterfront!
Summary:
Home with dock, firepit, W/D, Ping-Pong -walkable to the beach.
Spacious home nestled in the woods with just a short walk to private waterfront on Little Glen. Bring your boat! Bonus: a large basement game room with a Ping-pong table, air hockey, board games and darts.
The beachfront area (across the street) is outfitted with chairs, two kayaks, a canoe, a shuffleboard court, and a dock with a mooring device - all for your enjoyment.
The Space:
There is a full bathroom on each floor. The main floor has one queen bedroom. Upstairs there is a queen bedroom and another bedroom with 2 bunk bed sets (4 twin beds). If you need more space there is an additional "Caboose" that has a queen bedroom that is available right next door. Please inquire with property manager about the Caboose.
Guest Access:
You will receive a door code 2 days before your arrival
The Neighborhood:
Just a short stroll to the water (across the road) Just 5 minutes to downtown Glen Arbor.
Interaction with Guests:
We interact with guests only as necessary, but we are professional property managers with 24 hour availability in case our guests need anything.
