Fascinating and comfortable villa with garden and spacious outdoor areas overlooking the sea, in the Punta Lada area, in Porto Rotondo.
Villa Ippocampo is situated in a very quiet and private residential setting and boasts a large irregularly shaped garden that surrounds the structure, composed mainly of Mediterranean scrubland plants. In this context, the villa is developed over two levels: ground floor and basement level accessible via an internal and external staircase. The entrance to the villa opens onto a very suggestive square courtyard composed of a central part decorated with plants and the surrounding area furnished with tables and chairs. From here guests will be able to access various rooms: a space with barbecue and wood-fired oven, the living area on the ground floor, the panoramic terrace and the basement level which houses the sleeping area.
The living area consists of an open space characterised by large windows overlooking the terrace and offering a suggestive view of the sea and the island of Mortorio, furnished with sofas, dining area and access to the independent kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals. An additional dining room completes the ground floor.
The lower level houses the sleeping area and consists of five bedrooms, two of which with double beds and three with two single beds each. A second kitchen with dining table, a laundry room complete with washing machine, iron and tumble dryer, and five bathrooms (some with bathtub and others with shower) complete the layout.
The villa's strong point is the beautiful and spacious panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Marinella, furnished with a large dining table and benches, and several relaxation areas with sofas and armchairs.

Diamond of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most exclusive places in Sardinia and throughout Italy. It is indeed a holiday destination for celebrities who stay in the facilities developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The reference point is the well-equipped tourist marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture also have fundamental importance for this locality inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowering terraces overlook the charming alleyways that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.
Porto Rotondo is a place suitable for everyone to discover by walking, by bike, by boat, savouring local specialities in excellent restaurants, enjoying an aperitif overlooking the sunset on the harbour or dancing in elegant nightclubs, or even shopping in exclusive boutiques, jewellery shops or craft workshops along the characteristic streets.
Surrounded by beaches with crystal-clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind, it is also an excellent position for visiting the wonders of the Emerald Coast. Not to be missed in the vicinity are Capriccioli beach, the Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Liscia Ruja, Spiaggia del Principe and Rena Bianca.
Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 25 minutes by car from the accommodation.
