Located only 270 metres from the traditional village of Kattavia and 5 minutes drive from the -world famous spot for kite and wind surfing- Prasonisi beach, our Villa Juliette can accommodate up to 6 people and one baby (in baby cot). It has two queen bedrooms and one double bedroom, with top quality mattresses. The living room is decorated with natural stone, offering a warm atmosphere for relaxing. It has also a big fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher!
Villa Juliette has a large terrace, with a 27 sq.m. luxurious swimming pool with overflow and white marbles, sun beds, big stoned barbecue and private playground (with TUV Certified Conform to EN1176 to Insure Safety Play).
The lovely external lighting creates a romantic atmosphere during the night.
The Master Bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower, decorated with traditional and modern tiles. The second bathroom has natural pebbles in the shower, giving you the sense that youre a part of the surrounding nature.
The villa offers complete privacy and its ideal for the lovers of the nature and for families with young children.
Villa Juliette is the backside villa of Prasonisi Villas Complex, offering absolute privacy and infinity view to the countryside.

Great villa

Our 1,5 years old son was absolutely happy about pool. The villa very suits for our holidays with baby and windsurfing. Near from Prasonisi beach, 5 min (walking) from restaurants in the center of Kattavia, hospitable owner.

The Villa was excellent well maintained and clean the local village is close buy and there are 4 good restaurants within walking distance. It was nice being at the quiet end of the island there are plenty of beaches and water sports nearby so great if you want a quiet of active holiday Our flight was late and Stamatis stayed at the Villa for a personal welcome and explanation of the Villa and the area highly recomended

Excellent villa

Very smart, well equiped luxury villa located within walking distance of a small village that has some good taverna's and a small super market - everything you need really. Pool area is great, good sunbeds, plenty of space and shade, and a nice BBQ. A 10minute drive takes you to the best beach in Rhodes and a haven if you enjoy wind or kite surfing. The owners, Stamantis & Chrysa are lovely people, very attentive and genuinely pleased to have us as guests. We would recommend this property and location and would happily stay again.

Best of the best!!

This place got everything, such a beautiful setup and the owners really put in the extra to make it feel super special. The pool area is perfekt with BBQ, pool and sunbeds, you have sun all day long and we almost didnt wanna leave the house. The village of Kattavia is really friendly and quiet, the people that live there will do anything they can to help out with everything you need. This is THE place to go to for a realxing week and a comfy stay, plus the owners are lovley

Wonderful

We had a very nice stay at the Villa Juliette. The location near Parsonisi is ideal and very close to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. We received a very warm welcome from the owners and they really did everything to make us feel like home. The villa is modern, well furnished and everything is clean. The swimming pool is nice and well oriented. We recommend this villa to anyone who wishes to have a quiet and comfy holiday in Rhodes.

'' Cozy and quiet ''

We stayed with my wife in Villa Juliette for 4 nights, as we combined my work in Rhodes with some days of relaxation. The house is cozy and quiet, and that was all we needed. In spite that the water of the pool was a little cold for us, we enjoyed sunbathing and reading by the pool. The inhabitants of Kattavia was very friendly and we spent our nights dinning in Kattavia and Lachania. We had a great stay and we thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing view and complete privacy

Returned from Villa Juliette after one lovely week… Villa was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We found everything to be spotless and of high quality, to the extent of fluffy towels! It is obvious that the owners have paid attention to detail. We enjoyed stunning views to the countryside, with the sun on the pool area all day, even on April! Waking up and being able to enjoy the sun, the view and the private swimming pool right away is priceless! The surrounding of the villa is countryside! A large farming area and the hill of Prasonisi in the backround. The village of Kattavia is reachable on foot. Except Prasonisi, which is almost 5 minutes away, we visited the Medieval Town of Rhodes, the Acropolis of Lindos, the Castle of Monolithos and the valley of butterflies. We really enjoyed our holidays staying to this lovely villa! Hope to come back soon. Thank you for being such a great host and available anytime.

Luxurious and peaceful

We are in our 60s and have stayed in many different villas in several countries and we can confidently say that Villa Juliet is probably the best yet. The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished, including large comfortable beds. The fixtures and fittings such as the walk-in showers and the kitchen appliances are ultra-modern and user friendly. I have limited mobility and can walk only very short distances and often use a wheelchair. This was not a problem as accessibility from the parking area into the villa was easy. The villa is peacefully situated on the outskirts of a small village and overlooks fields and hills; the only activity being the occasional herd of goats! The owners, Stamatis and Chrysa, were very friendly and welcoming and could not have been more helpful. They arranged a private chef, Nico Vichos, to prepare and cook our dinner on three nights. The food and service were superb and we can highly recommended Nico’s service. Altogether our holiday was most enjoyable and we thoroughly recommend Villa Juliette to middle-aged/elderly couples or couples with children. Cliff and Barbara Elcombe, Scotland

Отдыхали на вилле Джульета на новогодних каникулах с семьей. Прекрасная вилла расположена в тихой деревушке Каттавия на юге острова Родос. Вилла оборудована всей необходимой современной техникой, включая посудомоечную и стиральную машину. Если вы захотите готовить самостоятельно никаких проблем с этим у вас не возникнет. Все комнаты оборудованы кондиционерами с возможностью обогрева, что в зимнее время может быть по вечерам актуально. Бассейн зимой не работал, о чем хозяин нас предупредил заранее. Чистота на вилле идеальная, мебель современная в прекрасном состоянии. Во дворе есть лежаки и место для приготовления барбекю. Все что вы видите на фотографиях соответствует действительности. Хозяин нас не мог встретить, но дал подробные инструкции как нам получить ключи от виллы, так что проблем с заселением никаких не было. Так же нас ждала приветственная корзина с фруктами и рождественскими конфетами, что было очень приятно. По всем вопросам с владельцем можно оперативно связаться по WhatsApp. За это отдельный плюс. Мы брали на время отдыха машину в прокат, поэтому некоторое удаление от моря, нам не доставляло дискомфорта. Тем более для осмотра достопримечательностей острова машина, просто необходима. Прекрасная вилла, прекрасный отдых. Большое спасибо.

Sehr modern, sauber und luxuriös.

Tolle Ausstattung, an viele Details wurde gedacht. Wir waren mit einer Rollstuhlfahrerin da, die Badezimmertür müsste ca. 5 cm breiter sein. Veranda Überdachung könnte auch größer sein, wir hatten einen Regentag, es war warm, aber je nachdem wo man gesessen hat, wurde man zum Teil nass. Die Villa ist empfehlenswert.

Lovely villa in rural setting

Stamatis and his wife have created a lovely place in the Rhodes countryside- the pool is cool and inviting in the hot summer months and the house is very clean and new! The nepresso machine is a nice touch. We had a most enjoyable week. The nearby beaches are beautiful and the local fruit stall sells fresh local fruits. The butcher in grenadi village provide good quality meats for BBQing.
