Superb vacations

Everything was amazing!!! Fantastic 360 view! Great location! Just few meters from the sea... Some very nice local restaurants around but also some other were closed for winter. Great atmosphere! New and very well decorated... Clean and well maintained! Greate hostess! A very pleased and always smiley lady, Argyro.. I will definitely go back again... This time for summer vacations! I am suggesting it 100%. KK

A little bit of heaven by the sea.

Wonderful stay in a luxury beachfront villa. The villa was very modern and super comfortable, central yet private. We had everything we could possibly ask for and more. The proximity to the sea, out door dining, barbeque, many loungers both on the beach and facing the seafront at house added to the holiday vibe The amenities of the town were all within a short walk of the villa. Argyroula was incredibly obliging if we needed anything, always helpful and friendly, begining with a great welcome basket as we arrived late, tired and hungry from our flight. Our holiday was a joy from the moment we arrived. I would recommend the Jewel Blue to anyone looking for a fabulous break.

The villa was beautiful. The pictures on the website do not do it justice.

What a beautiful villa! It was modern, clean and comfortable with amazing views of the sea and surrounding landscape. The owner was a wonderful lady who was kind, generous and was available to help at any time if we nedded her. She also offered to let us check out at a later time than stated in the contract. We didn't vacate the villa until late afternoon when the owner came to pick up the key's and wish us a safe trip home. I will be visiting Rhodes again and would be more than happy to and hopefully will be able to stay in the same villa. Sam T.

Incredible apartment, gracious host - stay here!

This apartment is wonderful! Our stay here was very comfortable and enjoyable. The actual apartment seemed larger in person than in the photos - plenty of room to relax. The beach was convenient to access, just footsteps from the accommodation. The location is secluded enough to provide privacy, yet close to local attractions, and walking distance to several great restaurants. A few things that stand out about this apartment compared to others (aside from the beautiful finishes and location that you can clearly see), are: very hot water in the shower - just what is needed after a day of travel or long day at the beach, a dishwasher and a washing machine. For those of you who have traveled extensively in Europe, these amenities will not be lost on you. We enjoyed our stay very much, so much that our four year old son asked to move to this apartment! While we are not moving, I do know we will stay here when we next travel to Rhodes. To our Gracious Host, Ευχαριστούμε! The Lanes

Perfect!!

We have just spent a week at Blue Jewel and it was perfect!! Argyroula met us on arrival and was really friendly and helpful showing us around. The photos do not do the house justice, it really is amazing and just what we wanted. From the outside, it looks like there is another level but this is not occupied so you have the whole place to yourself. Its very private and not overlooked and so peaceful. The view from the garden looking out to the sea with house martins swooping over was a delight. We enjoyed many a sunset sitting admiring the views. You have your own access to the beach with sunbeds which was just perfect and so relaxing and just what we wanted. The sea is so clear, beach shoes for the stones is recommended but its sand further up. There are a few very good restaurants and bars within 5-10 minute walk and a supermarket 5min walk. You can also get a boat to Lindos right from the beach. Lindos is worth a visit, although get there early because it gets very busy. I would highly recommend the blue jewel and Argygoula the host was excellent and allowed us to stay later as we didnt fly until the evening. I'm so pleased we found this little gem of a place!

Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Response from VrboOwner on 27 March 2020
Dear future guests, When I first read this review I was socked. Usually I try o see things from guests’ side. But such a negative review can’t seem neither objective nor real. Not a single positive comment. This review is inaccurate and unfair. More specific: 1. There is no any construction area next to the property and I will be very curious to see the photos and the video. The neighbors should do an emergency repair for two days. When I found it out, I called them and ask them to start later as it happened and they started after 10am. After that everything was ok according to the specific guest. I have our Viber’s text messages as a proof. Any way this situation definitely is not characterize the house in general as the traveler conclude. 2. About the noise there is really a bar about 500m away of the property and yes, when you are at the terrace you may hear the music but it is not as loud as the traveler claims. Not loud at all... That’s why I suggest them to close the widows. The property’s area is full of 5* hotels closer to that bar and they have never complain about the noise because is not loud at all as the policy told me when I called them to check the situation. That was the official answer of the policy officer who visit the property that night. 3. I have done disinfestation a few days before the specific traveler check in as I ought to. I do disinfestation in regular periods. Also there is protection for inspects at each and every window. 4. There are no long and often blackouts. I have papers from the electricity and water company. Additionally, the area has many 5* hotels, and as you can imagine that could not be possible. 5. The traveler draws conclusions about population groups like disable people and small children while she does not belong to this category and she had no kids with her. 6. The private loungers at the beach are locked. 7. The house is 120 square meters and the terrace 100 square meters. Obviously everything else were clean but I left the dishes dirty.... 8.The barbecue is portable it is at the ware store on the first floor. They never asked for it. 9. There are two public garbage cans 100 meters outside the property....one on the lefthand side and one on the righthand side. Both are for public usage... And obviously the property is located on the beach with wonderful panoramic see view as listed in the catalog..... I believe that future reviews of other guests will also confirm the inaccuracy of this specific review.
