Quiet Cottage, 2 Blocks from Town Center

Located 2 blocks from the center of town and the fast ferry, near the monument in a very quiet neighborhood. 2 level, 2 bedrooms (Q/Q) upstairs with 1 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen including gas stove, microwave, dishwasher with dining area and sun room with sleeper sofa, living room with fireplace and sleeper sofa, vaulted ceilings in bedrooms with ceiling fans, hardwood floors, deck and garden. Linens provided. Washer and dryer in basement. Water and monument views. Cable TV, DVD, stereo. Parking for 2 cars. Modern structure, all newly furnished.

Due to recent changes in Massachusetts tax law, there is now a total of 14.45% state and local taxes to be applied to the rental fee. This is not yet set up on Homeaway for collection, so until that is done, the tax would be collected separately at the time of check-in. Again, note that this is 14.45% on top of the fee and expenses indicated.

Great Time in Provincetown

The house was perfect for our family’s two weeks in Provincetown. Comfortable and convenient to everything in town, this property is a dream. Rick, the owner, is great! He’s very accommodating and responds quickly to your questions/concerns.

Great location, walk or bike to Commercial Street and beach etc. Just the right size for family of four. Would love to come back soon!

Hidden Gem close to everything

We have stayed at this property twice and have recommended it to several friends. Very close to town and the ferry but hidden from the hustle and bustle on a quiet street at the base of the Monument. Great owner who is very accessible and receptive. Plenty of room for my family of four and everything we needed to have a great vacation in P-Town. Highly recommended!

Perfect Getaway

If I could give more stars I would. This was the perfect place for me and my family (3 boys), who had the time of their lives and constantly talk about their vacation to PTown. The cottage is clean and cozy. Nestled quietly a short walk from the main town which was great because all we had to do was take a short walk and we were right in town where there are all kinds of restaurants and ice cream parlors to choose from. The owner was fantastic and made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We will now visit every year. Fantastic memories!!
