About this property

4 bed/3 bath house with private pool overlooking a lake and nature preserve.

Beautifully located position on Lake Marion Resort.
Set on a tranquil, relaxing, gated community, but just 50 minutes away from the theme parks of Orlando. Also, Legoland and Peppa Pig World are just 25 minutes away.
Our own private pool overlooks a wildlife preservation area, perfect for nature lovers.
Laid out on two floors, with the master en suite bedroom, with child crib, and three further bedrooms and two full bathrooms, our home from home has a fully equipped kitchen with well stocked cookware and utensils and spacious open plan living/dining area.
As well as our private pool, there are also two communal pools, and a kiddies pool, as well as two tennis courts and a basketball court that are floodlit for night play (free for resort guests). There are also two shuffle board courts and a fitness room.
10 minute drive to Poinciana Towne Centre with Publix and Walmart Superstore as well as local convenience stores such as Dollar General and 7 Eleven
Just a 15 minute drive is Lake Pierce and the famous Cherry Pocket Steak and Seafood Restaurant for dock side dining and live entertainment 7 days a week.

Time with Good Friends

We enjoyed relaxing at your home. Walking to the Lake on the trail and swimming in the heated public pools/hot tub. The property was nicely located to everything we had planned to do, yet away from the hustle and bustle where we could relax. The only thing we would suggest about the home is putting nicer mattresses on at least the two queen beds and up dating the shower heads.

Thank you for your review Lori. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Lake Marion. We always listen to visitors comments and feedback, and we have changed the mattress in the master bedroom for a new memory foam one, and the mattress in the ground floor guest bedroom will be changed shortly.

Christmas in FL

My family and I had an amazing stay. The property was exactly as described in the pictures. The best part was that the property provided a Christmas tree and decorations to be used to bring a little more Christmas joy to our stay. The only downside was that the pool isn't heated, but we were able to swim at the pool at the clubhouse, so my kids still got to get in the water. The lake and nature preserve view from the pool area was really a nice touch. My kids were so excited to spot birds and an alligator or crocodile (I can't be for sure lol) in the lake. We will definitely plan to stay here again when it's warmer so that we can really get the full experience of the area!
