The Space:

The apartment features two inviting bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds, making it ideal for families, couples or friends travelling together. A modern family bathroom conveniently serves both bedrooms.



The bright open-plan living area is designed for comfort and relaxation, with stylish furnishings, comfortable sofas and a dining area seating four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.



One of the apartment’s highlights is the spacious balcony, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the Cyprus sunshine. Furnished with an outdoor table, chairs and sunbeds, it provides a peaceful space to unwind morning or evening.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment, including the two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom and private balcony. You will also have access to the large communal swimming pool and communal areas within the complex. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

Several sandy beaches and crystal-clear swimming spots are just a short drive or walk away, along with supermarkets, bakeries and local shops. Kapparis also offers easy access to nearby Protaras, Fig Tree Bay and Ayia Napa, making it an ideal base for exploring the east coast of Cyprus.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas and visiting nearby beaches, Protaras and Ayia Napa, however many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local amenities in Kapparis are within walking distance. Taxis are readily available, and local bus services operate regularly throughout the area, connecting Kapparis with Protaras, Paralimni and Ayia Napa. Free parking is available at the property for guests with a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Different payment and cancellation terms may apply for reservations made through Airbnb.
