Beautifully renovated and redecorated sea view apartment in the ideally located Urb. Puerto Paraiso, situated meters from the Estepona port and beaches. This lovely property is NEW to the rental market and is the perfect holiday retreat. The community offers secure gated parking and 2 communal swimming pools (seasonal availability), while the property features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen, living room, and private terrace with marina/sea views.
The main bedroom has a large double bed, plenty of storage space, and direct access to the apartment’s sea view terrace. The second bedroom has a large single bed (1 adult or 2 children) and no external window (interior view only). The apartment has a bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything needed should guests wish to cook and entertain from the property. In the living room guests will find a dining area with seating for 4, and a sofa and armchair facing a flat screen tv.
The terrace has an alfresco dining area with seating for 4, and enjoys views of the communal swimming pool below, and the Estepona marina.
The property has Air Conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, as well as strong fibre optic WIFI (100mbps). The apartment is a short walk from numerous restaurants, bars and facilities. On either side of the Estepona marina there are large sandy beaches for guests to enjoy!
