The apartment block stands on King's Road between Cheltenham Terrace and Walpole Street. It was designed by the architectures Verity and Beverley, famous for their work in the design of cinemas in the UK. The building overlooks Duke of York Square just moments from the amenities of the famous King's Road and Sloane Square.

Accommodation: A beautiful one-bedroomed flat in Chelsea, perfect for short-term lets. Simply decorated, nicely furnished, and very well location for all the shops, restaurants, and amenities of both King's Road and Sloane Square. Wifi Internet. Strictly nonsmoking.

Decoration: Typically English decor with charming Victorian furniture.

Reception: The sitting room is remarkably sunny and comfortably furnished with bright carpet, pretty floral drapes, a sofa, and armchairs.

Kitchen: Adjacent to the living room is a practical kitchen fitted with all the usual appliances including a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room further down the hall with a washing machine, a hanging dryer, and an area for drying clothes.

Bathrooms: The bathroom has a bath, shower unit over the tub, wash hand basin, and loo. There is also a separate guest cloakroom with a hand basin, loo, washing machine, and drying area.

Tube: Sloane Square tube station, 5 minutes walk. Regular buses service most of the city, Kensington and Victoria.
