HOUSE VAL SEA VIEW
House with sea views on the Costa Brava, located in the exclusive Cala Sant Francesc, in the picturesque town of Blanes.
Only 40 minutes by car from the French border, 26 km from the nearest airport in Girona, and 69 km from Barcelona. An ideal place for a family holiday.
The distance from the house to the beach is 5–7 minutes on foot. On the beach there is a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant. Within the residential area there is free guarded parking for 28 cars near the beach, as well as a free sports complex with exclusive access for residents: 2 tennis courts, a 5-a-side football field, a children’s playground, a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, and a café. The urbanization has its own security service patrolling the area 24 hours a day in a special vehicle.
Privileged location – close to nearby towns (Blanes – 2 km, Lloret de Mar – 3 km), the nearest supermarket (5 minutes by car), as well as the Port of Blanes and the seaside promenade with numerous restaurants. Nearby are the Mar i Murtra, Pinya Rosa, and Santa Clotilde Botanical Gardens. The water parks Water World and Marineland are 2–3 km from the villa.

First floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with access to a terrace with stunning sea views, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom.
Second floor – 3 bedrooms: one en-suite bedroom with private bathroom, and 2 interconnected “family” bedrooms with a shared bathroom (one with 2 single beds, the other with 1 sofa-bed. Parquet flooring throughout the floor.
Laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer.
Air conditioning.
Maximum capacity: up to 11 people, with the possibility of adding a baby cot (on request).
