House in urbanization fully equipped, furnished, equipped kitchen and barbecue, living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a suite with games room (pool of 7 "), 2 bathrooms, porch. Garden of 700 m2 with private pool, newly built 9x5 with hydromassage bench, bunk bed, waterfall and slide overlooking the natural park. Barbecue area in the garden. Ping pong table. Free wifi connection.
View to the natural park of animals (deer, peacocks, etc.).
To part, there is a community area with a large pool and a small pool for children, tennis and mini golf. It also has a swing area, soccer goals, volleyball. Quiet area, and 18 km by car from the coast (Playa de Aro, Lloret de Mar, etc.), and Girona airport.
It has tv. 49 "flat screen The house is equipped and furnished with everything you need to spend a good stay.
Guests have access to all common areas: tennis court and mini-golf all year round, swings, goals to play football, ping-pong, and pool and bar with barbecue (these last two in the summer season)

Teleurstellend vanwege niet verwarmde zwembad voor de kids

Locatie is wel top en rustige plek. De woning is erg verouderd, qua gekraak in de deuren, bankstel en stoelen ingezakt. Dit hadden we niet zo erg gevonden en zeker door de vingers gezien, wanneer de belofte was nagekomen door het zwembad te verwarmen voor de kinderen. Helaas hebben 3 monteurs naar gekeken en konden het niet verhelpen. Dit kan maar één ding betekenen naar mijn mening; zwembad kan of kon niet verwarmd worden naar wat ons belooft was voor de boeking. Zwembad zou 28 graden moeten zijn, helaas was het steeds 20 en overdag met de zon 21.Alle 4 kinderen zijn ziek geworden, helaas.

Je recommande pour de nombreuses raisons !

Nous étions un grand groupe d’amis de 20 ans (capacité maximale du logement) et tout nous a plu ! La maison est pratique, il y a déjà beaucoup de vaisselle disponible ainsi que de grandes poêles et casseroles, il y a également un lave vaisselle, super pratique pour les grands groupes. Nous sommes restés 5 jours et l’emplacement de la maison nous a permis de faire beaucoup de choses : descendre à la plage à Tossa de Mar ou à Platja d’Aro, soirée à Lloret en 30min. Le pation a l’extérieur est très agréable et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du barbecue. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite, il avait réponse à nos question et toujours dans un délais plus que raisonnable. Nous sommes arrivés à quatre voitures et n’avons eut aucun problème pour se garer, les quatre voitures peuvent rentrer dans l’entrée mais il est aussi possible de laisser une voiture sur la rue qui n’est que très peu passante. La seule petite chose qui nous a manqué a été un aspirateur, mais nous nous en sommes très bien sortis avec les balais !

Hemos estado 9 perdonas un fin de semana en la casa por una despedida y ha sido perfecto! La casa es ideal para grupos, hay suficiente espacio en las mesas (interior y expetrior) para comer todos sin estar apretados y la piscina es clave.

Une maison située dans un quartier très beau et très calme, un cadre idéal pour passer de bonne vacances. Avec quelques équipements supplémentaires ( aspirateur et lave vaisselle) ça aurait été un 20/20.
