Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 2 small dogs welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100.. Situated across the road from the bowling green and only a short walk onto the seafront and the sandy beach, La Falda provides comfortable, detached accommodation for all the family. With the beach, shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways all close by there is no need to use the car unless you want to. The area has a lot of activities for everyone, with the coastal resort of Mablethorpe close by and Sandilands golf course is less than 2 miles away. If you want to explore further along the coast, the busy traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 14 miles away, the market towns of Alford, 7 miles and Louth, 20 miles are all worth a day out. Butlins is 12 miles and Fantasy Island 10 miles away for good days out for all the family. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
