Quiet, up the hill but walkable to the beautiful downtown Oban and the Pier. The room is decorated with character. We enjoyed the stay.

Lovely spacious flat in an interesting historic house in a quiet neighborhood with views of Oban and the harbor. Large, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table. Two very comfortable bedrooms plus a large living/TV room with bay views. A short walk down hill-stairs (less than 10 minutes) ends right at the ferry terminal and the promenade around the harbor. A great base for exploring Oban and the islands.

Spacious place and beautiful views. Only drawback is cold showers, no way to adjust water temperature upward. That should be remedied.

It was extremely clean and well maintained. In a quiet are about 10 mins walk from the town centre. The oven worked well and the shower was hot.The beds comfortable if a tiny bit soft. The view were excellent from the front windows. The homemade Marmalade was perfect and the other welcome gifts a nice touch. Not really any outside space that was useable to sit out on. Not that we needed to anyway.

What an amazing stay!! Our 7 year old enjoyed our Oban stay more than the castle we were in earlier in our trip. The view! I could sit in the window and look for days!

It is very convenient to explore the area with a lovely nighttime/early morning view. I visited without a vehicle and the uphill walk can be challenging with luggage or if one has mobility issues. I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I was able to prep minor meals/drinks.
