Located less than 300 yards from a wide expansive sweep of glorious golden sandy beach, Taikoo offers bright and contemporary holiday accommodation over three levels tucked in a peaceful cul-de-sac in a highly sought after coastal village.

The open plan living space on the ground floor is tastefully furnished with patio doors leading to an enclosed garden at the rear; a haven for children at play. On the first floor are two of the bedrooms, one having the added convenience of en-suite shower facilities, along with a family bathroom too. A third double bedroom is on the second floor, affording superb views towards the sea, drinking in Dunstanburgh Castle from one aspect and towards Bamburgh Castle and the Farne Islands from the other.

Lovely house in a quiet cul-de-sac but not too far from the beach.

Lovely house in a quiet cul-de-sac but not too far from the beach. Well equipped with nice extra touches such as board games and DVDs available for bad weather days.Only downside would be the doors. The front door takes quite a bit of effort to open, the back door was tricky too. The internal door to the living room rattles on windy days. Think they just need a bit of out of season maintenance. Would definitely recommend this property and would come back.

A Very nice, spacious, well equipped house, sadly when we arrived it was very dusty on the sideboards! there were no rubbish bags for the kitchen bin, only 1. bath towel per adult, and only 1. Tea towel! we feel that is not sufficient for a week's holiday, although these points were very disappointing we still had a great time and enjoyed sitting in the private enclosed garden.
