Villa Jasmlm is a lovely house. Great split-level design for the living area, nicely appointed large en-suite bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a fabulous patio / garden and a nice pool. The location is very convenient, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. The house could do with some TLC as some general repairs were pending. With moderate effort, the house would be 100% better. We missed the point about the house NOT having A/C which would definitely have improved the quality of sleep. Overall, I think you get what you pay for. Villa Jasmim in top nick would probably command a higher price.

The house was not well maintained and not very clean. The water of the pool was blurry, and there was a moisture smell in the bedroom downstairs, so we did not use it. The stove top did not work, but the host sent someone to repair quickly. The exterior gate to access to the pool was stuck and to make it work, you had to know to press in the bottom corner of the switch firmly, but no instructions was provided. We had to ask and someone had to come and explain. Just a few example of the level of maintenance…The house could be an amazing house, it is a shame it is not being maintained.
