Included for our guests is membership at the Fairmont Royal Pavillion BEACH CLUB.

Accommodation,it was an absolutely beautiful apartment was tastefully decorated and fully equipped, in a fabulous setting . Having the pool just steps away from the patio was such an added bonus. Even learnt to play paddle tennis there . Mary was kind enough to allow us a late check out which was really appreciated, would definitely recommend to family and friends .

This little gem exceeded our expectations for our return to Sugar Hill. Upon arrival you could not help but feel invited in with its' warm Caribbean decor. Reoccurring theme of palm trees felt intentional and manicured. Loved it! Lots of kitchen amenities - full size Cuisinart coffee maker, kettle, AIR-FRYER, no shortage of towels or linens. There were initial reservations when we booked, about being on the ground floor, but we are happy to say it was a non issue. It is an end unit which I think made a huge difference, no noise above, and literally three/four rock steps down off the terrace to the secondary pool which was great. Its' surrounding gardens gave you lots of privacy while enjoying the cozy terrace. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you Mary for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Everything was delightful about the apartment, we absolutely loved our stay. Sugar Hill is so relaxing all you can hear is the wildlife… Slight issue with the cleaner (she cleans really well!) in that check in is at 3pm. I had previously explained that we were already on the island and coming from the south coast, but when we arrived at 3:45, the room still wasn’t ready for another hour. The cleaner asked if our flight was early…. We were finally in at 5pm. Half way through the stay I was alone in the apartment and had just taken a shower. The cleaner let herself in with a key, and tried twice, forcibly, to enter the bathroom despite my shrieking at her, and pushing hard on the other side of the door. We had no idea she was coming, no dates, times or arrangements had been made with us and this was really embarrassing.

well equipped and very comfortable - enjoyed the proximity of the lawns and nearby pool.The kitchen allowed for our mostly at-home dining but the restaurant had excellent food for lunch and supper if we didn’t want to bother The beach club was an extra bonus - rented a car and found very useful

Have just enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay in this well-equipped apartment on a delightful resort. This was a repeat stay in this apartment for us, but the first since being refurbished by a new owner. The refurbishment has enhanced an already comfortable apartment, which we can thoroughly recommend for a relaxing stay while visiting Barbados.

What a place! The photos of this property don’t do it justice. It is perfect. Beautiful and peaceful. The pools are stunning, with very friendly staff. Absolutely amazing!

Lovely condo/villa

I cannot say enough how wonderful Mary's place is. Lovely covered porch for breakfasts in the morning to a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The unit was spotless and felt very safe in the gated community. Cannot say enough about the main reception area with the infinity pool and the Deck Restaurant. Had a few of our evening dinners there. They had music a few nights too. Loved using the pass to the Fairmont pavilion for a beautiful beach with very comfortable lounge chair chairs. We even rented a hoby cat while on the beach and also had one of our lunches at the beautiful Fairmont Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugarhill Estates and hope to return again next year.

Quiet and Comfortable

Well kept. Nice condo. Pools and club house very close. Only a couple of minutes away. Walk to Holetown is 20 minutes. Add another 10 minutes to Fairmont. Beach is very clean and nice. Condo was very clean and served our purposes. Air conditioner was quiet and fans worked well. Lots of hot water.

Didn’t want to leave…

Cozy condo in a beautiful setting. Truly an escape and at the same time, a home away from home. We will definitely stay at Palm Breeze again hopefully soon. The host Mary was excellent and timely with sharing information to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The property managers welcomed us on arrival and followed up to check that things were running smoothly. A last minute planning for this unexpected vacation turned out fantastic better than we had hoped for.

We have stayed at a number of properties on Sugar Hill and in and around Holetown. Sugar Hill is our favourite as you are surrounded by nature. My wife particularly loved hand feeding the birds at the breakfast table each morning. Palm Breeze is a beautifully decorated apartment with quality furniture and lots of extra touches. The Hosts are really great in communicating all details and clearly take a pride in their slice of paradise. The fans and aircon work almost silently and the whole area is tranquil - we slept really well. Access of the beach club is really great also. We literally just arrived back home tk London - th am yoh for a wonderful stay - we will be back - David and Tara

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Palm Breeze Condo at Sugar Hill. The unit was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area, plenty of towels, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen.Guests also have access to the amenities at Sugar Hill, including two pools, a gym, and a restaurant, which we enjoyed. While we didn’t use the tennis courts, it was a nice touch to find racquets available in the condo if we had wanted to play.One of the best features of this unit is access to the Fairmont Pavilion Beach Club, just a short drive away. Having complimentary loungers and umbrellas there was a huge bonus, as other beaches on the island require you to rent them.The property managers were very accessible and responsive, and we felt secure with the gated entry and security checkpoint. The location on the West Coast is ideal; close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, while still being quiet and relaxing.We travel to Barbados yearly and would happily stay here again without hesitation. We highly recommend the Palm Breeze Condo at Sugar Hill.

Perfect apartment

From the booking of the apartment to the handing back of the keys at the end of our holiday, everything about our vacation at Palm Breeze was perfect.The communication with Ronalda, the owner, was excellent and extremely helpful and also filled us with confidence.The apartment is within the beautiful Sugar Hill resort surrounded by other wonderful privately owned properties. On site, and only a 2 minute walk away, is the Deck restaurant and bar which served us very well indeed. There were always plenty of waiting staff on hand and the food and drink were lovely too. Be aware that it’s closed on Sundays though, which was unfortunate for us as we arrived and left on Sunday and it would be very helpful if it had been open then; no problem though.Nearby, in Holetown, is an excellent supermarket (Massy/Waitrose) which caters for all your food and drink requirements.We absolutely recommend this beautiful, very clean and homely apartment, and its wonderful owners, and look forward to returning for another very relaxing holiday in Barbados.
