Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Our four-night stay here was very disappointing, particularly given the price paid. On arrival, we found that many basic supplies were missing, including bin bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, cleaning supplies, and cooking staples such as salt, pepper and oil. We also found the AC quite weak.We contacted the host to raise these concerns and request assistance, but received no response throughout our four-day stay. This left us purchasing and transporting the supplies ourselves, adding unexpected costs and taking valuable time away from our holiday.We were unaware before arrival that we would need to supply so many basics. Clear advance information would have helped us prepare, and a timely response from the host could have made a meaningful difference. For the price, we expected a better-equipped property and more attentive communication.
