Prestigious location in Del Oro Heights on a very quiet street with other nice homes. It is walking distance to walking / bike trails that border Tampa Bay and pass by beautiful multi-million dollar homes. A scenic walk along the water to downtown Safety Harbor takes 20 minutes.

The location is convenient and provides easy access to Tampa and St. Pete. Your own private oasis awaits in the backyard, with privacy retaining wall, overlooking gorgeous tropical landscaping, and a pavered pool deck.

The space

The house offers a split floor plan with 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a 2-car garage and relaxing pool. The kitchen is modern with custom cabinetry, granite, stainless appliances, and eat in area in kitchen. The master bedroom provides access to the pool area via sliding glass doors, and there is also a large remodeled bath with shower stall. The pool cabana offers guests extra space and an additional flat screen TV.

All areas of the home, including the pool cabana and garage, are available to guests.

Interaction with guests
I live 15 minutes away and will be able to assist if needed.

A set of golf clubs (right handed) may be available for use upon request.

Fishing rod may be available upon request.

Please note that the driveway is steep. For guests with mobility issues, we recommend that you park your car in the garage for safety reasons.

Best Holiday Ever

We are so impressed with the house and the area. Close to all the 'touristy' things and great beaches and restaurants. Also amazing to just stay at the house and relax and enjoy the backyard and pool. We've been coming here now for a number of years.....it just keeps getting better. Look forward to our return.

Have dog-must travel with

Jonathan was amazing to work with. The house was exactly as described. Super clean. Easy to access. The neighborhood was quiet and, although different from what we are used to, perfect for our little family and 60lb English Bulldog. The private pool was a must since we weren’t staying on the beach.

Great place to stay

We had a great time in the house. The welcome package was a very nice surprise. The house is very well appointed with some new equipment and it was very clean. The pool is great. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and in walking distance to the marina and to Main Street of Safety Harbor. Jonathan provided us with bicycles, even though they weren‘t officially advertised. That was a great benefit for us and we‘ve used them daily. We would highly recommend staying at this home, if you are looking for a vacation close to several beaches and many other attractions or simply relaxing a few days at the pool.

This property is special because of its location and heated pool. It is very close to everything (i.e. groceries, restaurants, parks, Clearwater Mall, Ruth Eckerd Hall, etc.) and has easy also access to Tampa and St. Pete and is a very short drive (or walk) to downtown Safety Harbor.
