Located on the west coast of Florida, this condo is part of the Boca Grande Club, which is a 62 acre private residential community located on the gorgeous shores of the Gulf of Mexico on Gasparilla Island. The unobstructed views from this unit from the second floor (elevator available) are spectacular! Enjoy a pool, impeccable beach and grounds, tennis and fitness center. The unit is nicely furnished with a king size bed in the primary bedroom and queen size pull out couch in living room. Walk in shower with two separate bathroom sinks. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all the necessities for cooking or stroll to the club next door to enjoy a sumptuous meal. The laid back quiet community of Boca Grande is a gem! Come be part of the island life style. NOTE: Tiki bar and main pool to be renovated May, 2026 - October, 2026 One other pool available and limited outside food/beverage also.

Just PERFECT!!!!

Property was immaculate and had everything we needed, the MOST GORGEOUS view of the Gulf of America!!! Location on Gasparilla Island (north end) is lovely. The Boca Grande Club is so nice! Really enjoyed the golf cart ride around the island The Tarpon fishing was our highlight!!! Highly recommend this amazing condo!

Boca Grande is Lovely

Very nice 1 bedroom unit. Perfect for 3. Beautiful location, sunset is superb from beach or within your unit, and amenities are nice. Easy to rent, we love Boca Grande, it’s an annual tradition.

great Gulf get-away

Property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and peaceful. It is ready to go with all you may need. Sterling is a breeze and pleasure to deal with. Boca Grande is a lovely place with welcoming locals. Small town charm with great fishing! Highly recommend it!

Boca Grande Club has many features to enjoy. It's gated, secure, and well maintained.

What makes this property unique

As a guest you become a temporary member of the Boca Grande Club and can access many of the club amenities. There is an additional membership fee of $50 per day. Enjoy having your lounge chair and umbrella set up on the beach or sip a cool drink at the tiki bar overlooking the Gulf. Towels are provided at both the pool and beach.
