Amazing Seaview home with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms PLUS Guest Cottage w/half bath and AC (each room with individual HVAC splits) and outdoor shower.
Outside: features a very private sunny deck including a pool, a gas Weber grill, outdoor dining and lounge seating. All fenced in.
Inside: AC splits in every room, large eat in kitchen w/ all stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, gas range, frig w ice maker), two six person seating dining tables, washer/dryer and lots of extras. Large living room with ceiling fan, Smart TV, DVD, stereo with built in speakers throughout the house and outside.
Home also has a full size pool table, dart board, bikes, beach chairs, wagon and plenty of books, beach and board games and puzzles to keep you entertained.
DirectTV and Fios Wi-Fi + utilities included in nightly rate.
Great central location, easy walk to all of Ocean Beach's shops and restaurants.
This home has a strict 30 yr-old minimum age requirement. This rule does not apply to families with kids. Please respect the age requirement; homes are monitored closely and we would hate to have to ask you to leave.

Why they chose this property
I purchased this home as a family get-away house from the city. Its actually one of the few year round homes in Seaview and to be able to enjoy the quietness and beauty in the off season is priceless.
The house is great for entertaining with its large living room, massive eat in kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and who doesn’t love a pool even though the beach is 200 steps down the road…

What makes this property unique
You have great access to Ocean Beach without being in Ocean Beach. Its a 5 minute walk to Bocce / Matthew's; less than 10 minute walk to the Seaview Market. Equal distance from both the Seaview and Ocean Beach ferries, giving you more ferry options.
