Zeituna Lodge - Casa Carolea

Casa Carolea is a quadruple room for rent in a
vacation residence in the quiet countryside of Santa Chiara di Nardò, in
the heart of the legendary Arneo, just 4 km from the wonderful beaches of Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto.
 
The studio offers up to 4 beds and is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, hair dryer and TV.
The family room is located in a residence with other solutions, with which it shares laundry room with washer and dryer, barbecue and relaxation area with Jacuzzi and solarium. Pets allowed.

The
Carolea family room is one of the solutions that make up the Zeituna
Lodge residence, nestled in the countryside north of Torre Lapillo, in
the quiet of nature and at the same time very close to the most beloved
and popular beaches of Salento.
The finished and modern room, with
new and comfortable furnishings and blackout curtains, has an exclusive
outdoor space, a shaded gazebo with curtains, where you can lunch, dine
and relax outdoors.
The room is furnished with double bed + bunk bed, and complemented by 1 shower room.

The
Zeituna Lodge residence is located in Santa Chiara di Nardò, a rural
residential area surrounded by nature, not far from the village of
Boncore and the center of Torre Lapillo.
The wonderful beaches of
Salento`s Ionian coast, those of Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto and
Porto Cesareo, can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 10 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared barbecue, washing machine and Jacuzzi.
- There is no kitchen.
- Casa Carolea is a quadruple room which, if necessary, can be connected with Casa Favolosa for a total of 10 beds.
